Both holiday cottages offer the same facilities and are available for the same price, for 8 people. (A supplement applies if a 9th or 10th person is accommodated in Le Cerisier).
Our rates start at £295 per cottage, per week off-season, up to £795 per cottage, per week for peak summer season.
Our minimum rental fee is £295. This low rate covers a full week (for up to 8 people) off-season. Short-breaks are £295-450 depending on dates.
Our change-over day is Saturday. We ask you to vacate your cottage by midday so we can clean and prepare it for incoming guests, who are welcome to arrive at 4pm or later.

Electricity: We charge electricity on top of these rates, at cost. We feel this is fairer than adding a fixed levy which would have to allow for the odd guest who leaves the heating on and the windows open! The meter will be read when you arrive, and again when you leave and the electricity consumed will be charged at the rate we pay to EDF. We will ask you to leave a 100 euro deposit with us. We will return the balance after the electricity costs are deducted. We reserve the right to retain an additional amount for excessive breakages or if the cottage is not left in a tidy condition, however this is rarely the case.
Le Cerisier can accommodate 10 people. We can add a single bed to each of the larger double rooms, if required. We charge £40 per extra bed, per week.
The cottages are heated and have a log fire making them available all year round.
We endeavour to keep on-line availability calendars as up-to-date as possible, but occasionally we receive several enquiries at the same time. We will answer your email or telephone message as soon as possible so that you can be sure of your booking and start to plan your holiday with us.
